The month of January is all about reinvention and setting new goals. However, very few people set achievable, realistic goals that can be followed throughout the year. The most common new year resolution is probably ā€˜to be fitter’, or some version of it lose weight, workout more, go to the gym, get a six-pack and so on. It also probably the most quickly forgotten resolution.
