one look at $noice shows just how brutal base rotations can be at launch, thin liquidity pushed the token to $17m. it then unwound to about $2m, even though the fundamentals—pending airdrop, solid onchain numbers & a highly competent & active team—never changed that same foundation is why capital is flowing back in now: polished marketing, a flexible roadmap, aggressive bd & consistent communication the only real shift was price; the story & team largely stayed the same, if anything gaining stronger alignment as the token reset—bullish look for teams that are listening to their holderbases, aligning with their ecosystems & strategizing against current market needs & wants that’s the pattern across base: find teams like that that keep shipping, accumulate when rotations knock the price down, and let time do the rest
