Does anyone have any experience w treadmill desks or standing desks?

too funny: just started watching this after other reply and right off at 1:10 Mike Israetel disses both standing and walking desks big time. Now I want to know if he’s in a full recliner with his knees elevated ftw

Oh and all in for sure on anything that frees someone from sitting at a desk for hours. Been there, never going back. Hope you guys find something that works!

Personally, the standing desk & treadmill desk is for my wife

She's finding it difficult carving out time to exercise w a busy work life. I'll take something over nothing

have tried standing and a fan in bursts. Doing any one thing all day never a good idea so whatever you can find to mix position up for keyboard time the way. For me, reclining was the answer, with knees elevated and lap pillow for laptop if you can believe it, combined with getting up a lot
