both, but mostly the world. it's going to materially accelerate spacex progress (a ton of free cash flow). but also internet is going to be  ubiquitous everywhere on earth.

nice I‘m looking forward to stockpiling Soylent in my Gulfstream and then surrounding the planet, rotation for rotation, with occasional re-fueling in the air while I code with Starlink and look down at the plebs

The last cruise I went on used Starlink and there was something so surreal about casually watching Netflix on a big boat in the middle of the ocean
