If you want a special web3 social experience, then you really have to support the founders and team as much as you can. Meaning you have to actually put in work to help them achieve that outcome. This is especially true when you want an outcome that is very dis-similar to the VC-funded outcome. With Kiwi e.g. we get a ton of "na I don't wanna use your app because of [excuse]," which honestly is totally fine for me as a consumer founder. It gives me signal that I have to improve the app. At the same time, you also have to understand that our private capital/motivation limited. VCs have near infinite money. Some people get this. @macbudkowski and @mishaderidder.eth have both worked tirelessly to help bring a special web3 social vision to life. But it also means that you'll have to work for that outcome. The choice is really your's as a consumer.
