What is the value of having thousands of lower-quality users vs hundreds of high-quality users? Demand is not an issue, I have 430 DMs from people wanting to join Griv. We don't have anti-gaming measures yet for photo submissions (i.e exif/timestamps etc). A token would only increase the demand and decrease quality to the most common denominator. There's also the added UX weight of a token, every new action needs to be integrated elegantly into the UI. Griv has hundreds of quality active users with a very high net promoter score. It's growing organically and leveraging Farcasters social graph to solve the cold start problem. The most difficult part has yet to come, which is building a front-end client (iOS/Android). Then, taking that client into the real world. Facebook did college to college. Griv will do gym to gym. Maybe a token has a more effective use-case down the line?

re: every new action needs to be integrated elegantly into the UI. //untrue -> $noice has no visibility on the mini app //i def think the fitness space has no novelty left (except incentivisation / competition / skin in the game / 100x real money rewarded for consistency] points are BS. streaks are BS. stale. take tokenisation @ heart right from the start, and make the world use $griv everything they do - it will send you into a different orbit compared to a non-token route i'm an internet capital markets maxi, so i may be biased

have high bars for what qualifies as a legit submission > could be a strava link > could be that it can only be 1 submission / day > could be spam label = 2 fc accounts exclusive // 1K followers min accounts > have some more filters // which increase current TAM to 10x, but not 100x [where all the farmers enter] > run this big time on TBA where i'd expect a lot more retail audience

With a Griv token, people getting Griv for posting in /griv & staking to win a pot for most consistency, how would approach the marketing to non-crypto user and just a fitness user in equinox or barry's bootcamp? Assume griv has 10k users, did a good job at capturing big fitness mind share in crypto already
