Only 34 creators earned more than 1 $eth on Zora coins Major part is brands like base and shib or leaders of base and zora Only 77 creators earned more than 0.5 $eth Only 87 creators earned more than $1K Only ~100 earned more than 0.1 $eth (Each step I have excluded creators who were in previous lines) The protocol is live for 4 months, even if you are a top creator you earned less than salary in emerging countries. Of course if you're not Jesse, Jacob, Base. Clanker creators combined earned $32.1M For example back it was NFT instead of coins on Zora I earned more than 1eth with one 3000 supply NFT collection I wasn't a super active creator on Zora, but still earned with one mint more than 95% of Zora coins creators Do they really wanna benefit creators? Or it's just more beneficial model for Zora team, but not for creators, as they say?

it’s going to take some time but i really think the base app will 100x these numbers^ around the corner patience we can’t see it all, yet, but the base/zora team are onto a lot

I don't think coining posts is a good idea Tipping model is much more healthy and beneficial If post go viral (as they talk on new day one) you will still earn a lot with programmable likes. just imagine amount of tips if you get 1m views on farcaster ( in some time :) ) Does it really need a bonding curve to pay for virality? Would be interesting to compare how much people earned with tipping with noice against zora coins :)

we could do this but trading volume/fees is INCOMPARABLE to $0.01/05 tips see 1m views ≈ $1-5m of trading volume low bar it gives the creator $3k-$10K also # of traders are will be 10x of the people who “like” it you can trade from wallet when the token becomes hot to like, you’d have to be using the base app / farcaster 1m views ≈ 50K-100K likes 50% at best have tips on with median tip @ $0.05 $1,250 good thing is creator now earns $4.25K why not both? why choose one? we do create a 10-25% surge in a creators earning though

thank you for this long answer with numbers we should definitely choose as much ways creators can earn more maybe i lack the "tomorrow" vision but still feels something is not right in current zora state would love to see more meaningful thoughts from folks in replies i'm cheering for success of every team creating value for creators

I prefer pushing a like button than buying/selling content coin 😶 Supporting a content with a click > fighting in the trenches. PS: Jesse already crossed a red line with Coins, so who's going to moderate the content? The (inexistent) Coinbase support?
