one of the many mistakes we made when we launched was to decide on the 3 month roadmap beforehand 

stupid move in retrospect 

you always get so much more information that if you aren’t iterating the roadmap you probably didn’t learn enough 

(or you’re an a++ planner)

thats why I started simplifying things. users of your implemented ideas think on your behalf much more productively and realistically than you can imagine

initially it gives psychological safety to have a roadmap.


iteration happens right after every contact with reality, just keep hitting reality
