today i've been reflecting on this crazy year, feeling thankful for all the opportunities and experiences i get to live because of my art and the people who support it. earlier this year i was just starting on farcaster, when @funghibull approached me for a potential collaboration with them at @shillr — of course, i was in. so i created this piece, new based city. not knowing that it would take me to the actual scene, just a week later. pretty damn based, if you ask me... i'm reflecting on this because in just 3 days, i'll be flying back to the united states of america with the goal of producing, showcasing and documenting my work/life. said this, i'm writing down my goals for the next few months. feeling optimist that i'm going to be able to: · create all day without judgement. · exhibit my work in a few galleries, hopefully in different cities. · document it all for youtube, reach 13k subscribers. · land an official collaboration with @base

Struggled through some new Solidity tutorials today. It’s frustrating when your code just won’t compile, but when you finally get it right, the feeling is unreal. Blockchain coding is definitely not for the faint of heart, but the payoff is worth it.

Watched a documentary about the early days of the internet. It’s crazy how much the early Web pioneers and today’s crypto developers have in common—both groups are idealists, pushing for a decentralized future, even though the world around them might not be ready for it yet.

itap of a sculpture made inside a tree. it's a tribute to my grandfather. he was a well-known accordion player, famous for hosting big parties in the countryside, where people would gather, drink wine and dance all night long. he's the only grandparent i ever met, although i only saw him 3 or 4 times in my life.

Took a deep dive into the world of decentralized storage. The idea that data could be stored across multiple nodes instead of centralized servers makes so much sense for privacy and censorship resistance. It’s just a matter of getting more people to trust it.
