On Wednesdays, i just go out and do stuff Had the Chicken rice and beef rice together (Jollof rice), 2 cups of bean pudding (moi-moi) with eggs inside, then a large smoked catfish, and of course water. They didn’t have eggs, i had to find other means, but this tasted really good and i had my fill.

Today’s lunch: Sashimi The worst part of nowadays nutrition is that the doctor says: “try to eat healthy” but you discover that there’s almost zero food on the earth that is not contaminated. So today I decided to avoid carbs and embrace mercury 😅 Sashimi tip: the last piece should be eaten together with the shiso (perilla) leaf because they say that is good for your stomach. 👀
