It completely baffles me that CBW at one point yanked BTC support. This IS the freaking origin story & they had turned their back on it. 🤦 

Looks like $CBBTC will be the only(?) way to hold $BTC in the new wallet. Not sure about the card as that’s Coinbase app. 👇

Others have suggested name changes for CBW which is a GREAT idea. This has been a mess. Glad to see it’s getting proper attention now.

Real BTC at p2p street value trades at a 6% premium to freezable cbBTC which requires trust in Coinbase and negates one of the biggest advantages of holding bitcoin. Well it's more like a 100% premium over cbbtc on the street because good luck finding anyone to purchase cbbtc for cash p2p.
