Just spent 15 minutes in a twitter spaces about Bitcoin Runes and wanted to blow my brains out. Why would anybody trade memecoins on Bitcoin, when Solana or Base exists. I'll gladly midcurve this one - y'all have fun tho!

agreed… I don’t mind Ordinals for fine art but Satoshi envisioned Bitcoin as a peer to peer *CASH* system let BTC be the global store of value and use smart contract chains for day to day transactions
