Very simple spec for a first cut of programmable DCs. Plan is to basically expose a thin layer on top of internal Warpcast APIs. We don't know enough about the final shape of public DC APIs, so will keep it simple to start.

the design approach makes sense but the capabilities being described seem shoehorned into what I think of as DCs/DMs

even with opt-in, a ton of automated messages don’t feel at home with my conversations and gcs with friends

might want to consider rebranding this feature as an Inbox or something similar
