i was borderline obese 4 months ago weighing 94 kgs
lost 13 kgs from then, i feel better, faster, lighter (lol)
some learnings along the way;
> move, love to move, go for a walk, run, cycle whatever gives you pulse of the city, do it everyday
> lift, learn progressive overload, push until that last rep
> v imp: track your macros, this is boring af but fuel your body right, give what it deserves
> rest and recover, try feeling your body from within
> i did not have a goal but i wanted to feel better, which i do now, do not become slave to your thoughts
> fix your social setting
> repeat
