Due to strange circumstances, found myself eating a lot of vegetarian meals; found out that: 1. Soy milk contains so much protein! The “reduced sugar version” of Nutrisoy (popular SG brand) has more carbs than the original version?! 2. Steamed pumpkin is the shit. Eat it with the peel and all. 3. Blanched veggie w/ soy sauce and sesame oil is the absolute money shot. 4. Surprisingly it’s quite filling. Didn’t get hungry (like i thought i would) 5. Body feels great. Though I’d go back to a more omnivorous diet.
