so the standard `<video>` tag for embedding videos isn't always great. It downloads videos bit by bit, which can be slow and jerky, especially if your internet's not speedy. But there's a fix! Adaptive bitrate streaming breaks videos into smaller chunks with different qualities. That way, your player can choose the best version based on your connection.
