could make this pretty quickly using their primary eth wallet address as their public keys and a signature hash as the private keys, would you want the messages to be one time view only or?

I just wanted to know what was already around and if there was demand. I'd use https://taco.build/ for the encryption side. I think you could build some cool flows where things can only be decrypted by followers/channel members/pro NFT/token etc
