Update on this: @afrochicks I finally pushed myself to do the exercises after so much procrastination, and not gonna lie, I’m a bit shaken. The shoulder taps were way harder than I expected 😭, I thought they’d be the easiest for me, but they weren’t at all. I think I’ll need to keep practicing. Lunges low-key scare me, they take so much effort, it’s super intense . Ski jumps were surprisingly fun though, I’ll definitely be doing this again.

Try Mike Tyson's push up. Look it up on TikTok or YouTube. It trains every part of your body at once. The best part is that it doesn't leave you sore (fast recovery).
