I don't have experience making this exact connection, but once you have the agent that can execute external api call, you can probably call your server function that initiates the transaction.
For example you can use OpenOcean api as a dex aggregator (i think it's only for EVM-based) that will be called as the target action of AI agent.
For AI agents highly recommend trying using n8n. You can setup there the whole flow.
