It's that simple. Even if you believe the technology is revolutionary, if it's too difficult to use, people won't care. Your goal should always be to hide the technology. Leverage its benefits, but make it dead simple to use—and fun if possible. It's hard to strike this balance, but it's the only way to ensure wide adoption of your product. Remember: Consumers won't engage unless you hide the tech, make it simple and fun, and either solve a pain point, help them make money, or entertain them.
