If you want to lose 10lbs by May 1st
-Walk every day for 30 min first thing in the morning
-Eat 2 eggs and 1 cup of egg whites for breakfast
-Drink a protein shake after working out
-Eat 200g of chicken breast, lean beef, or fish at lunch and dinner
-Snack on non fat Greek yogurt.
-Eat Pizza once a week
