It was an idea I had a couple weeks ago.
I've devoted my life to learning, following my curiosity. Arranged a simple and very cheap life so I can do that on my content creation income. I'm an autodidact and can learn anything I decide I want to learn - taught myself Chinese last year.
But I want some more formal education, too, and after my bachelor's - which is being paid for by a combo of grants and scholarships - getting a master's will be expensive. I want to get the formal research training so I can go off and research my own interests.
So I started CuriousDAO - I'll be doing various CuriousDAO projects and committing the earnings for those to the DAO treasury. DAO members will get to vote on some of my research avenues, and if I manage my biz and education well, that treasury will grow, funding my future education, but also, hopefully, the education of other independent scholars.
