💯 and those servers remember who doesn't tip well. I always tip at least 20% regardless of service just because of how the U.S. tipped wage system is set up. They *need* those tips, and if I can't afford to tip well, I can't afford to eat out because I try really hard not to be the sort of person who tries to justify exploiting someone else's labor for my comfort.
