I appreciate people who are happy today.
Seems simple, but as many know it’s not. I had an interaction today with a lady at a coffee shop who was the barista. She was older, and clearly enjoyed her job.
Such a simplistic job yet it fulfilled her. It was evident in our conversation that the interaction with people brought her joy.
Her happiness, brought me happiness. I very much appreciate our interaction today!
