guysss. we found 3 kittens behind a church today. can't believe they almost killed them. look at how cute this one isssss. i took them and gave them to a friend who takes care of animals. they still look really small. he'll take care of them for a while. might take one later. let's see how it goes.

oh. C.S Lewis! i cannot count the number of times i have gone back to read A Grief Observed. i lost my dad in 2019. being a reader, i looked for a number of books to deal with my grief, i guess.😅 i was already a fan of his Narnia books so Lewis has stayed with me for years. Chimamanda Adichie's Notes on Grief too was an interesting read.

i read Great Expectations in primary school too. but it was the original version. i took it from a cousin's house then. i had headcahes after every chapter because it was too much for me. lol. especially Dickens' use of 'die' as 'the'. it took me a while to finish it but i did. i loved how it went in a totally different direction that we imagined. 😂 the thief has to be my favorite character. i don't remember his name anymore.

ooooh. first anime i ever saw was Rurouni Kenshin. i remember it was called Samurai X. interestingly, it was (english) dub. i was really young so i didn't know what anime was. lol. but i loved it so much. there was a remake last year, i think. so i got to watch it again. man. this brought back memories. thank you, @pichi 😂
