I’m going to introduce my rice cooker today. I really love this one—it can even bake cakes, cook perfect rice, and make porridge too! So today, I used it to make Hainanese chicken rice. It’s my first time trying it in a rice cooker, and it was actually much easier than I expected. If you already have a rice cooker and still use it only for plain rice, try something new! It’s surprisingly good and really worth it.
