Iβm going to introduce my rice cooker today. I really love this oneβit can even bake cakes, cook perfect rice, and make porridge too! So today, I used it to make Hainanese chicken rice. Itβs my first time trying it in a rice cooker, and it was actually much easier than I expected. If you already have a rice cooker and still use it only for plain rice, try something new! Itβs surprisingly good and really worth it.
Today, I'm bringing you a recipe for a clean-eating banana cake!ππ° This is a healthy banana and oat cake with no added sugar. We'll use cinnamon for a lovely aroma, baking soda, a pinch of pink Himalayan salt, and a touch of vanilla extract for fragrance. Other ingredients include eggs, raisins, sliced almonds, white and black sesame seeds, and other mixed grains. For the fat, we use butter (but you can substitute it with plant-based milk if you prefer). The best part about this recipe? It's sweetened naturally just by the raisins and bananas, with no need for sugar. One piece will keep you full and satisfied for a long time! π
