Dated a girl w type 1 diabetes n she used to get these … alll i gotta say is - shame ! I’m all for nourishing the body w *real* food but it’s a stinky meat stick that doesn’t belong in an airport or near an airplane seat

S/o my 72 year old mother for taking this hike on like a real savage… lol it was no joke i was a lil nervous but i had her. Very grateful for such moments for real /lifeisgood ❤️

Yeah it’s great. It’s in northeastern PA, In the valley cities here. This is the Lackawanna river then 2-3 miles upstream it runs into the Susquehanna which is reaaaal crazy

This was thee meditation spot today .. ngl i look sketchy as hell loll getting to that spot was also kinda sketchy, a lil bit outside my comfort zone … comfort zone of falling very very far into rock n shallow water 🤔🤦‍♂️🦅
