Bitcoin DeFi platform Alex Protocol got hacked on June 6, losing around $8.3M in STX, sBTC, USDC, and WBTC. The team blamed a flaw in their listing verification logic. They’ll fully compensate users in USDC through a structured claim process. This follows a $4.3M bridge exploit in May 2024.
