This is what I also think, people are focusing too much on developing the protocol itself and not the dapps and usecases that run on top of it. We could use a Ethereum fund to fund good ideas for dapps.

RWA, security tokens if done right could increase the demand a lot, but I don't see people really focused on these enough. We need REITs and ETFs with accumulating or distributing dividends on the blockchain for investors that want less risky investments.

Remax on chain é absurdo, mas uma plataforma de investimento de imobiliário em que a empresa encontra os negócios, faz a gerência das casas e mete a alugar e tu só metes o dinheiro e recebes a renda até é um bom use case, algo tipo realt ou loftyai. Gostava de fazer algo assim em Portugal, mas neste país é impossível fazer seja o que for a nível de empreendedorismo, se a burocracia não te come os impostos comem 😂

Securities coming on to the blockchain and trading as security tokens, that's what will actually make this place understand that cash flow and profits is the most important thing, and without it a token is useless and unnecessary.

As more time passes in this industry the more I realise it's probably not a good long term investment... A lot of projects are just vaporware, a lot of projects leaders are just farming VC money and will never make the project an actual business with actual value accrual mechanisms. Many founders don't even know how to run a profitable business. The tokens will just go to zero long term with a few small hype cycles. Hopefully securitization will improve this space.

Ethereum seems to be breaking through one of the descending trendlines, this increases the likelihood of higher prices. We need to close the day like this. We still have the big descending trendline, but that needs one and a half more months or much higher prices for the price to get through.

$BTC should still head to $88.5k before going higher, this would be the most healthy price action. I think max next week we head there, maybe a weekend scam dump to get there that gets retraced straight away during the week.

My work decided to block the ChatGPT website... Can't use it anymore as an helping tool to program. Now everything is going to take twice as long to do for absolutely no reason. And now our company will be less competitive for absolutely no reason. Oh well... As long as they pay me idc, if they lose ground to the competition I'll just move there 🤷

The only way for ETH to regain its strength is by increasing the burn rate of EIP 1559. To do this, we need to increase transaction count in the L2s. To do this, we need real apps with utility. Real apps with utility are going to be based on RWA... Would love to create a business around RWA and real estate, but realised that to start something with RWA and real estate in my country I would require hundreds of thousands in legal and development fees, just to start...
