how are you holding up inside?
how’s your heart carrying the weight you might not say out loud?
is your mind restless, exhausted, or overwhelmed?
are the days blending together in a fog of burnout or creative block?
it’s okay to feel tired. it’s okay to feel stuck.
it’s okay to say, “i need a break,” even if you’re scared of what stepping back might mean.
sometimes just surviving is the bravest thing you can do.
i know it’s not always easy out here, in the space, in the world, in your own mind.
