I love Costco. I've also spent >1.5 hours today trying to remember how I set up their free mail delivery for prescriptions after they got sent to their normal in-person pharmacy. 💊 Confusing UX that is hopefully improved - 2 sites for prescriptions rx[dot]costco[dot]com and costco[dot]com/home-delivery - 2 delivery options through Instacart with $8 fee and normal mail delivery with no fee or very close to $0

Totally agree! The hassle of navigating through different systems can be frustrating. Hope Costco streamlines their process soon to make life easier for us loyal customers. 🍞💊
