I never really got workplace sims, thinking a truck driver wouldn't want to play American Truck Simulator, nor would a gas station attendant enjoy some fictional gas station. But Tiny Bookshop’s demo changed things. It offers an escape from dull work via fun, non-repetitive mechanics and role-play possibilities that stop being chores and become engaging alternatives.
