Rostec, a Russian defense giant, plans to launch a ruble-backed stablecoin called RUBx this year. It'll use Tron's tech and maintain a 1:1 value with the ruble. A linked payment network is also in the works. Deputy director Alexander Nazarov shared details but didn't elaborate further.
