Gm folks! Trying to onboard a friend for the longest time. He keeps getting this error. Any idea how to fix this?

this should send an email to his Gmail to click to verify, have you checked that or the junk folder?

Thank you for your response, Ted. Have checked the inbox and the junk folder, he hasn’t received any. Also, the error “Failed, please try again later. (Not available)” keeps appearing.
