My heuristic is simple:

- Do they have an audience outside of crypto
- Do they post regularly on Zora
- Will people click on the Zora link in the replies

If yes - then you are early and its a good buy

pointing out that your heuristic has nothing to do with content quality; guess "do they have an audience outside of crypto" is proxy for quality, but bakes in assumption their audience will move over + pay even if they can get the same content on other platforms (unless there are exclusivity contracts)

Also social proof of attention is more important than the content itself. Most people don’t actually think about the Mona Lisa as an amazing artwork, its value comes from the lore and status the work captures

and yes agree that the lore of the Mona Lisa is why millions of people go to see it every year, but would argue that quality is what got it into the Louvre in the first place. otherwise, it may never have been stolen.
