Suggestion:  
- There should be a reward tier between #30 and #230

Reason:
- With a lil effort, I can make it into the top #230
- getting from #230 to #30 requires just way too much effort

Solution:
- #30 - #100:  $50 tier

Achievable ranks are necessary for people to keep striving.

Otherwise, we're all just gonna stay lazy shits

"Need" is a strong word 🤣

I personally "need" a lil push to get to the next tier.

Once I hit #200s I'm like "looks good here" and get lazy.

I would find a way to motivate us mids to get to another level.  Or else we'll just die there
