Claude code - most powerful harness, locked models Codex - great model, harness sucks… they are lagging big time OpenCode - multi model, more visually appealing, close to Claude code but can’t keep up due to resources Pi - very customizable, really fun to play with, like vim… rough around the edges because everything is built on the fly Hermes - sneakily going to become the most important harness, the first one to go mainstream in my opinion.
