Two pieces of unsolicited advice:
- Do the Tomasz playbook for the reboot of ethereum. FC has a lot of stakeholders, talk to them, every type. See how they feel, and build an ecosystem that serves them and align everyone towards a singular goal.
- Bring back the community aspect. Farcaster succeeded early on because it felt like a community, and less a network. This is hard to do but existential I believe.
