📚🦶I'd like to share a little about how my training is going. It's incredibly informative, a real treasure trove of knowledge. I've come to view feet from a completely different perspective and better understand why various problems arise, as the cause is often rooted in foot biomechanics. I spend my free time taking notes; it makes it easier for me to memorize large amounts of information. Guys, how many bones do you think there are in our feet?
