What do I feel when I go out on the stage?

Stepping onto the stage, my heart races—a whirlwind of emotions swirls within me.  

Fear. The quiet dread of forgetting a move, stumbling, or looking foolish in the spotlight’s glare. It’s the vulnerability of being seen, raw and exposed.  

Excitement. A spark ignites—pure, electric anticipation. The crowd’s energy, the pulse of the music, the thrill of sharing my art. It’s a high that makes every nerve sing.
