Yellow Bird products are great. But Secret Aardvark is my daily go-to. Honorable mention to Dirty Dick’s and El Yucateco Black. Side note: one spot I miss from living in NYC was the Heatonist.

Flava profile: Mango, Papaya → Roasted Peppers → Garlic Confit probably a touch too spicy for many to daily drive - i'd put it at like 4/10 in the grand scheme of things upfront, you get tropical fruit notes from the habañero (one of my favorite daily peppers). fruity but not sweet while remaining umami, a rare combination. mid-palate is roasted peppers, almost bbq-y while maintaining versatility finishes umami with garlic notes, maybe worcestershire? i particularly like the texture - it's thicker than most hot sauces. kinda like a thin ketchup.
