When problem will be solve? It’s near many user to liquidation , my cash back was 15500 and my sub fee are 10000 but now my balance get downer and downer and cash back shows 1300 now

All the DEGEN you should get is accumulated in the channels you stake to. Whenever someone stakes the funds of the channel are distributed now (as a workaround). Stake small amounts in the channel you have a big stake in and you will receive the accumulated DEGEN.
