Happened in video games too which caused the collapse of the video game market in 1983. It was only after the NES was able to curate quality and restrict supply did we see a resurgence.

Pretty good summary - a lot to cover. I would add that FIT21 (seeing how important it is) will most likely be introduced in the House and that the Chairman of the committee in the Senate that was reviewing the bill prior to adjournment stated that that his goal is for the Senate to pass FIT21 in the first 100 days of the new Administration

Well that is kinda the problem. Maybe you can, but can most people? Wisdom and enlightenment have been around for 1000s of years, how well has humanity exercised such wise words? The incentive structures need to change for a whole sale change in human behavior.

We need to bring Customer-centric design into blockchain. There will be tradeoffs and we need composability in UX. Some folks want to control their keys and data, the majority of people do not. Its one of the main reasons BlueSky dropped its blockchain component.

We need new institutions that guarantee trust. An institution that can apply to humans and computers at the same time.
