Suggestion: don't send this congratulatory email if the classified follower count hasn't hit the number referenced in the email. 

Sucks to see it dip below what the email says after the spam algo refreshes classification of what I assume are previously unclassified followers.

Disregard if people are actually unfollowing me en masse.

Agreed, the follower count can fluctuate due to algo changes. It's better to verify genuine growth before sharing news.
