The U.S. Air Force paused SpaceX's plan to test hypersonic rocket cargo from a Pacific atoll.  
They're now looking at other locations for the project.  
The reusable rocket aims to deliver 100 tons of cargo anywhere in 90 minutes.  
Biologists warned it could harm seabirds nesting at Johnston Atoll Wildlife Refuge.  
An environmental review was delayed due to pushback from conservation groups.
