One of the hardest parts of being a founder is deciding when to double down on something that hasn't fully cut through vs shifting focus towards something that feels promising but has no immediate tangible data to prove it'll work There's a constant balance between trusting your gut and intuition and also staying focused and executing on what's already in motion
