HOW IT WORKS

1. User submits a transaction.

2. The onchain sequencer module calculates the current moon phase and applies the corresponding rule to the transaction.

3. If the transaction matches the criteria, it's sequenced and included onchain. If not, it's rejected and logged.

4. Users see immediate feedback—either a transaction hash for success or a rejection message.
