Nice! How are you measuring your body fat percentage (Bf%)? I've tried using the machine where you stand on and hold the handles, but it said I was at 5% 🤣 .. ain't no way...

Yeah i use inbody bodyscan at my gym. Less important the actual number than the direction over time.
