The counter thesis is if the tech is good enough the fashion will change. A spectrum where the less useful the tech is the more it needs to fit in to the lifestyle. Maybe the focus is too much on usefulness and not enough on the lifestyle/fashion for PMF. Probably due to the nature of most tech founders (fcking nerds.)
